Based on my research on KFC AEON Cheras Selatan, 46% malay and 46% chinese customers are more than Indian customers which only got 8%. Most of the customers are adults in which 50% are female customers and 50% are male customers. Most of the customers prefer to dine-in their meal in the restaurant than take away their food from KFC as 71% order of customers are dine-in while 29% order of customers are take away . the body size of the customers are found to be 94% of average-size body customers and 6% of fatty-sized body customers. KFC also attract 73% of adults and 27% of teenagers to enter their shop.
KFC food is halal to its customers so it become the popular choice among malay. KFC also provides a lot of seat to let them enjoy their meal.KFC also provides comfortable places for the customers with air-conditioner and has own washing hand area. It is very convenient to its customers as they can wash their hand without going washing rooms that are far far away from KFC outlet. Thus, it make customers more likely to dine-in their meal in KFC outlet. In addition, KFC also is a company that provides fast food that suit for the customers that are having busy life. Customers can get their food within shortest time.
In conclusion, the increase of malay and chinese customers can make the sale of KFC getting more. KFC can sell their food at a more affordable price so that KFC can attract more teenagers to buy their meal. Next, KFC can provides some healthy menu so that KFC can attract more fatty-sized customers.

Analysis Chart =D
The chart shows percentages of teenagers customers and Adult customers of KFC Cheras Selatan on 2nd December 2012 2pm to 4:40pm. There are 73% of Adult and 27% of teenagers of customers.
The chart above shows percentages of Male and Female customers that go to KFC. 50% of customers are Female while 50% of customers are Male.
The chart above shows how many numbers of male and female customers that go to KFC. 79 number of Male and 78 number of Female are went to KFC purchase KFC as their meal.
The column above shows the numbers of races KFC customers. It shows that Malay and Chinese are like to go eat KFC than Indian as 73 Malay and 72 Chinese went to KFC while the lowest numbers of races customers that went to KFC is Indian.
The graph above show the type of order which is Dine-in and Take Away. The highest number of customers that dine-in their KFC meal are 20 during 2 to2.15pm session while the lowest number of customers of dine-in is 6 for 3 to 3.15pm session. The highest number of customers that take away their KFC food are 11 customers for 3 to 3.15pm while the lowest number of customers that take away is 1 for 2.15pm to 2.30pm session, 2.45pm to 3.00pm session and 3.30pm to 3.45pm session.

- Average of 11.2 customers dine-in their meal and 4.2 customers take away their food.
- Average of 1 customer is fatty-sized while 14.7 customers are average-sized.

Observation in KFC Cheras Selatan
On 2/12/2012 which is my birthday, i went to celebrate with my sister to eat KFC in Aeon Cheras Selatan besides doing observation for the business research.
I reached KFC around 2pm and started to do observation.
I am using 15 minutes interval for 10 session as my observation result on what types of customers do KFC encounter.
The observation has been taken around 2 and a half hours to done my observation. Due to it is weekends, therefore there are quite number of people went to KFC to dine in and take away their favourites chicken. =D
The following is my observation for the 10 sessions:

- A total of 73 Malay went to KFC to eat during the 10 sessions.
- A total of 72 Chinese enter the shop.
- A total of 12 Indian went to KFC during 10 sessions.
- A total of 117 adults and 43 teenagers went to KFC.
- A total of 32 customers went to KFC with their family members.
- There are 79 male customers and 78 female customers went to KFC.
- A total of 112 customers dine-in their KFC meals.
- A total of 45 customers take away their food from KFC restaurant.
- A total of 147 customers that are average-sized body.
- A total of 10 fatty-sized of customers went to KFC.
- A total of 157 customers went to KFC for 10 sessions.
