Conclusion

 Based on  my research on KFC AEON Cheras Selatan, 46% malay and 46% chinese customers are more than Indian customers which only got 8%. Most of the customers are adults in which 50% are female customers and 50% are male customers. Most of the customers prefer to dine-in their meal in the restaurant than take away their food from KFC as 71% order of customers are dine-in while 29% order of customers are take away . the body size of the customers are found to be  94% of average-size body customers and 6% of fatty-sized body customers. KFC also attract 73% of adults and 27% of teenagers to enter their shop.

KFC food is halal to its customers so it become the popular choice among malay. KFC also provides a lot of seat to let them enjoy their meal.KFC also provides comfortable places for the customers with air-conditioner and has own washing hand area. It is very convenient to its customers as they can wash their hand without going washing rooms that are far far away from KFC outlet. Thus, it make customers more likely to dine-in their meal in KFC outlet. In addition, KFC also is a company that provides fast food that suit for the customers that are having busy life. Customers can get their food within shortest time.

In conclusion, the increase of  malay and chinese customers can make the sale of KFC getting more. KFC can sell their food at a more affordable price so that KFC can attract more teenagers to buy their meal. Next, KFC can provides some healthy menu so that KFC can attract more fatty-sized customers.
